Cape was founded by Amelie Posse, a Chartered Tax Adviser with 20+ years of experience in tax technology, tax process transformation and cross-functional programme delivery.

Amelie has worked with multinational clients and tax technology companies across the UK, Europe, the US, Africa, India and Australia. That experience showed her the same problem repeatedly: projects delayed or derailed because the teams affected weren’t aligned before work started.
